How to fixed invalid IMEI / unknown baseband version on any android device
Many Android users have been having this issue on their devices after flashing a rom or another, most especially Techno H6 users. this error is mostly caused by wiping data and corruption of data partiton the baseband version and radio ( Wifi, Imei and network signal ) are controlled by the Nvram (located in device data/Nvram/md/NVRAM/NVD_IMEI once this file are missing or the Nvram is corrupted your phone's imei and radio functionality cease to exist. this guide applies to all MTK mediatek device
How to fix unknown Baseband version, null / invalid IMEI & SIM card not detected
Requirements
before we proceed download and extractNvram backup.
=>> After that lunch your es file explorer Go to main menu to enabled root access
=>> scroll down and enable root explorer and click on root explorer
=>> Now locate the extracted Nvram
backup folder
=>> Copy /cut the Nvram folder and go to the root of your device by clicking thephone icon
=>> paste it in the following directory (data)
=>> Now you'll be prompt to overwrite the existing Nvram folder tick overwrite all to overwrite
Now close es file explorer and Reboot your device.
When ur device is finally booted, yourinvalid imei and unknown baseband version would be fixed
=>> scroll down and enable root explorer and click on root explorer
=>> Now locate the extracted Nvram
